Effective training and communications are essential to reducing implementation risk, driving rapid adoption, and ensuring all stakeholders understand how to engage with the program from day one. As our organization continues to scale and run multiple implementations concurrently, this role provides the dedicated expertise, capacity, and consistency required to support high‑quality client launches.

What you will be doing:

Training Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training across client, supplier, and internal audiences for each MSP implementation.
  • Create high‑quality learning materials including:

    • Training decks
    • FAQs
  • Facilitate live training sessions (and record where indicated) via MS Teams/Webex/Zoom for different user groups
  • Translate complex VMS workflows (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) into simple, actionable user steps.

Communications Strategy & Execution

  • Own communication timelines, messaging, and consistency across all implementations.
  • Maintain and evolve our library of templates, communication assets, and standardized messaging.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support

  • Partner with Change Managers, Implementation Project Managers, and Program Teams to support go‑live readiness.
  • Facilitate stakeholder feedback loops and adjust materials based on client and supplier needs.
  • Support change impact assessments, adoption planning, and alignment across multiple workstreams.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings and implementation workstream discussions to ensure training and communication activities are aligned to project timelines.

Content Governance & Delivery Channels

  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand, compliance, and enterprise messaging standards.
  • Manage content delivery across platforms including SharePoint, MS Teams, VMS portals, and email.
  • Track training attendance, communication effectiveness, and user engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Skills

Functional Skills

  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience delivering training to large groups in virtual environments.
  • Demonstrated strength in project coordination, planning, and timeline management.
  • Experience supporting change enablement, stakeholder engagement, or communication workstreams.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar VMS platforms, with the ability to train users on workflows and functionality.
  • Ability to create visually engaging, easy‑to‑follow materials.
  • Experience measuring communication or training effectiveness.
  • Experience with Monday.com or comparable project management tools is a plus.

Behavioral Skills

  • Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities across overlapping implementation timelines.
  • Empathy and active listening to understand stakeholder needs.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to turn ideas into high‑quality deliverables quickly.
  • Able to influence and build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Scope of Role

  • Supports all MSP implementations, often managing deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Works across the full lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, deployment, go‑live, and stabilization.
  • Serves as the single point of truth for standardized program communications and training materials for implementation and ongoing program support.
  • Ensures supplier communities receive accurate and timely onboarding support.
  • Plays a key role in reducing post‑launch issues by driving clarity, adoption, and user confidence.

Success Measures

  • On‑time delivery of training and communication assets
  • Training session satisfaction and engagement results
  • Consistency and quality of client program readiness
