Impellam Group is transforming how enterprises access critical capability through modern workforce solutions. As the Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager for North America, you will own the regional go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercial storytelling for our B2B workforce solutions services portfolio.

Working in close collaboration with global portfolio and product marketing, you will translate global strategy into North America growth plays that resonate with US buyers, including HR, Procurement, Finance, IT and business leaders and C-Suite. You will partner deeply with North America Sales and Delivery leaders to shape pursuit strategy, create deal critical enablement, and drive consistent field execution across priority industries and segments.

This is a senior, outcomes oriented role for a strategic marketer who understands complex services, enterprise buying committees, and how to turn capabilities into clear value, proof, and pipeline impact.

This is a full-time role remote based on the East Coast or hybrid based in Atlanta.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own North America portfolio go-to-market: Translate global positioning into a regional GTM plan across priority offers, segments, and industries, with clear objectives and success metrics tied to pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Lead regional positioning and messaging: Develop and refine North America value propositions, outcomes, proof points, and differentiation for workforce solutions services, ensuring clarity for enterprise buying committees.
  • Shape portfolio offer packaging and plays: Define regional solution bundles, use cases, entry points, and conversion paths that reflect US market dynamics while staying aligned to the global portfolio architecture.
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership: Serve as the senior marketing partner for regional growth priorities, supporting account planning, pursuit strategy, and executive ready narratives for strategic deals and expansions.
  • Create and scale field enablement: Build pitch narratives, one pagers, pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, objection handling, and training that improve consistency, confidence, and win rates across the North America field.
  • Run the North America insights loop: Gather and synthesize VOC, win loss insights, competitor trends, and analyst signals, then convert them into actionable recommendations for offers, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Orchestrate integrated regional campaigns: Partner with demand gen, ABM, events, brand, and comms to activate regional campaigns and plays that move priority audiences through the buying journey.
  • Own analyst engagement for North America: Partner with global team to engage with analyst firms, contribute regional insights, participate in briefings, and activate findings into marketing materials.
  • Measure performance and optimize: Track funnel, pipeline, conversion, and expansion signals, then refine ICP focus, messaging, enablement, and campaign investment to improve outcomes.
